I go to the gym once a week, cycle to school and back 5 times in a week (that’s 1,5 hour every day) and ride horse once a week.

Further I (try to) eat healthy so I don’t eat to many sugar and carbs, but I eat fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, nuts, etc. I also eat a bit less dan normal so instead of eating around the 2000 calories I eat between the 1200-1500 calories. Please, do not starve yourself. I did it before and it doesn’t help. You’ll gain all the weight back once you stop dieting, and that’s how I gained all my weight back. 

And another thing: loosing weight will take a lot of time. So don’t be disappointed if you don’t lose really much weight in a short amount of time, because it will take a lot of time and you will have a lot of moments when you get really frustrated. But just keep going, believe in yourself and don’t give up. You will get there eventually love :) xoxo

I weigh 137,5 ibs. That means I lost 1,5 ibs in two weeks.

But I’m okay with it, because I’ve eaten a lot and I still lost some weight - so that’s something good right?

Going to work harder for it this week: no sweets and fat food for me anymore, just healthy food :)

I used to have this.. I want it back, NOW.
